Shipping

Every VIllus Studio piece is made to order and due to the nature of this process, please allow between 14 to 21 business days from your purchase date for your item(s) to ship. Once your order is completed and shipped, an email will be sent out to you with tracking information.

Returns/Exchange

By making a purchase from Villus Studio, you are agreeing to the following terms. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please email help@villusstudio.com. Please include the following in your email: order number, name on order, and a brief explanation on the issue with your purchase. Exchanges will only be accepted and processed within a 7 day window from customer receipt. All products are made to order. Due to the nature of this process all sales are final. Returns will be processed promptly with a store credit, not including the cost of shipping. Store credits will only be issued upon receipt of returned item. We ask that all items sent back are returned in their original condition + packaging.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Villus Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a tracking number has been issued. However, if your order is lost or stolen please email the following details : order number + name on order to help@villusstudio.com. We will do our best to assist you in finding a solution.
